Day 13: Tsukasa Amou from Juvenile Orion. Adorable, little, winged alien man. He is just to cute for anyone to hate. I honestly hope they dont kill him off.
I read this series, Aquarian Age: Juvenile Orion, in middle school. It was full of plot holes, had a terrible moe worthless female lead, shallow brooding male bishounen leads, and ended far too early to really cleanly tell the story. I still loved it and I still enjoy it today. The art and costume design were really pretty, especially for this character, Tsukasa Amou. He is one of the reasons I’m really obsessed with wings on places other than the back. GIANT EAR WINGS FUCK YEAH. Also his outfit is amazing. I would honestly like to cosplay him someday just to have his outfit.
Also his relationship with the priest guy was kinda adorable.

I’ve been re-watching Supernatural recently, and before that I had been re-reading Juvenile Orion… And I realized that these series, as much as I hate to say it, have lots of crossover opportunities. I mean JO would have to be quite AU to fit into the SPN universe… So I started doing just that.
So this is Israfel (Tsukasa Amou from JO). He was close with his brother Gabriel in Heaven and when the other escaped he followed soon after. To lower the risk of being caught they rarely stayed in hiding together and only met to talk and catch up every few centuries. But eventually Israfel was tracked down by Heaven and captured, going through similar “re-education” as Anna and Castiel, although because of his connection with Gabriel he ended up worse off. One of his sets of wings was removed and he was brainwashed, made to “cleanse” many humans over the years.
Eventually he escaped again, although he occasionally snaps back into his brainwashed mode and will go on rampages. To reduce the chance of this he has been staying under the care of a hunter/priest for a few years now.
He is an archangel, although because of his abandonment and lost wings he has lost a lot of respect from other angels. His voice is one of the few that can cause harm to not only humans, but angels as well. … He also enjoys making friends with humans.
